This Policy will be administered by the Co-operative’s staff.
The suggested guidelines by the Ministry of Housing will also be applied when a unit size is allocated for an applicant.
The Minimum Occupancy Standards will be applied when the make-up of the applicants for the unit prevent a two-person per bedroom occupancy.
