About Co-ops
A housing co-operative provides its members with not-for-profit housing, in which the members do not own any equity. Co-operatives are able to offer affordable housing as they charge their members only enough to cover costs, repairs, and reserves, rather than being driven by profit.

Application forms for each type of unit are available for downloading on our Applications page. Applications submitted without the required documentation will not be processed. Incomplete applications if submitted will also result in non-processing.

Springfield Co-op has 117 units between its townhouses and seniors’ residence. The townhouses come in various styles of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units as well as 2 and 3 bedroom handicapped units. The seniors’ residence has both 1 and 2 bedroom units.
