| Application forms for each type of unit are available below for download. Applications submitted without required documentation will not be processed. Incomplete applications may also result in non-processing. Membership application forms are to be submitted in person to the Co-op Centre at 1376 Credit Woodlands Court, Mississauga, Ontario. Co-op Centre hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Emails and faxes will not be accepted. |

| While we currently have no vacancies, the Co-operative maintains a waiting list by date of application and type of unit requested. When a unit becomes available, the following happens: |

The waiting list for that type of unit will be examined, and people are called to see if they are still interested |

A credit check will be done on up to two or three interested applicants |

If the credit checks are clear, the applicants will be called in for an interview. The interview is an opportunity to explain the Co-op to the applicants and for the interviewers to find out whether these people are interested in the Co-op and will make good members |

The interviewers will make a recommendation to either the membership Committee or directly to the Board of Directors |

The Board of Directors makes the final approval |
